Summary

Emerging multicast TV Network that is technologically advanced with approximately 30 million TV Broadcast households (OTA) at the time of search and additional OTT households advancing to 60 million through completed distribution / affiliate agreement(s). A technology oriented CRO/CSO to report to the CEO to enhance monetization would the ideal to front face with CMO level direct clients and senior most adverting executive, while leading the sales organization.

This CRO/EVP of Sales and Business Development will monetize the TV Network through enhanced distribution, advertising and partnerships in increasingly sophisticated markets where broadcast, cable, OTT, OEM, satellite, online, mobile, gaming platforms and DOOH cross-platform media distribution opportunities abound.

The Network as a producer and provider of original content is seeking a senior level broadcasting and digital executive with exceptionally diverse media acumen, experience and capabilities to conceive, plan, execute and bring revenue generation concepts and programs to fruition.
Manage and build the national front and back office sales organization initiating launch in New York City.
The capacity while building the sales organization to be a player coach who can work with major advertising agencies, national advertisers and sponsors seeking family friendly advertising opportunities utilizing music and music entertainment.
This executive must feel comfortable in the boardrooms and with the agencies of P&G, Coca-Cola, NASCAR, Verizon, Ford, Budweiser and other national advertisers.
Advise the board on required infrastructure, budgets and staffing for advertising sales, traffic, inventory, affiliate marketing, ideation and other areas relevant to the full sales cycle.
Broad acumen with regard to Broadcast TV, Cable TV, Satellite TV, OTT, Mobile, On Line and DOOH sales, sales operations and distribution.
Affiliate sales or marketing acumen a big plus.
